BC can visit your property to discuss your requirements and calculate a guide price for your consideration. If you already have a set of plans, with Building Regulations approval, a fixed price quote can be calculated. A detailed schedule of work will be provided listing all items included.

BC has an association with an Architect/Structural Engineer, who can prepare a set of computer aided design drawings for your approval. You will be advised if planning permission is required. Following which, plans will be submitted to the Council for approval. Detailed working drawings are prepared and submitted for Building Regulations approval.

A project will not be started until labour can be programmed to complete the work. Whilst this may require delaying the start you can be confident of the work.being comleted on time and to budget. All project management is carried out by Steve Brierly. He works on projects on a daily basis and ensures that all tradesmen are fully aware of the client’s requirements.

Brierly Construction use a fully qualified workforce to complete all works. A network of specialist sub-contractors can be drafted in to provide more specific services as required. This flexibility allows the company to deal effectively with more complex projects.
